Chou is 24 years old and lives in Cambodia. He has five siblings, and enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his friends.
Chou developed a pterygium, which is a lesion, in both eyes two years ago. It has triggered a series of eye problems, including irritation, redness, burning and blurry vision.

Chou underwent vision-restoring surgery.
After two years of blurred vision and pain, Chou’s pterygiums in his eyes have been successfully removed in an excision surgery.

Chou is very happy to have had the surgery, as his vision is now clear and he is without pain. With his restored vision, he can once again play soccer with his friends and go back to his job as a motorcycle repairman.
