Tukamushaba is a 24-year-old farmer. She is married and has one child. She and her husband work as farmers for a living, and they supplement their income by working in other people’s gardens.
Tukamushaba is pregnant with her second child and visited our medical partner’s care center for pregnancy care. After an examination, her doctor recommended that she deliver her baby via Caesarean section to minimize the risk of complications like uterine rupture.
Fortunately, our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare (AMH), is helping ensure that Tukamushaba and her baby have a healthy and safe delivery. On March 23rd, she will undergo a C-Section at AMH’s care center. Now, she needs help raising $252 to cover the cost of the delivery and care for her and her baby.
Tukamushaba shared, “I pray to God to stand in for me to make my surgery possible and I hope that once given your support, all this will be possible.”
