Phoeun is a scrap collector from Cambodia. He has two sons, three daughters, and ten grandchildren. He likes watching news programs.
One year ago, Phoeun developed a cataract in each eye, causing him blurred vision, photophobia, and tearing. He has difficulty seeing things clearly, recognizing faces, and going anywhere outside.

Now, he needs help to fund this $398 procedure.
He says, “I am worried that I will go blind and won’t be able to support my family anymore. I hope surgery will change this.”
