Meet Lom, a married 58-year-old woman with three daughters. Lom, a farmer, enjoys staying at home and looking after her grandchildren. Lom traveled three hours with her daughter to reach our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC) for treatment.
On March 25th, 2016, Lom fell down from a tree and fracture her right forearm. She can’t hold anything and is in pain. She heard about CSC on the radio and came in for a consultation.
Surgeons will perform an ORIF (open reduction internal fixation) procedure to treat the fracture. This will realign the bone fracture into its normal position. The cost of the treatment includes surgical costs as well as post-operative treatment.
Let’s help Lom get back on track and fund this surgery!
