Like other seven-year-olds, Maam enjoys playing with her older siblings. The only problem is she is unable to use her right hand because of a burn scar contracture (an area of damaged, tightened skin that often results after third degree burns).
This quiet girl has loving parents who sell cattle to sustain themselves. With a large family, her mother and father just make enough to support daily needs. They cannot afford to pay for the cost of the operation that their daughter needs.
A contracture release and skin graft is all Maam needs in order to use her right hand again. Let’s work together and raise the $1,080 needed so Maam can enjoy playing with her brothers and sisters again!
