Stanley is a 27-year-old public transportation conductor from Kiambu, Central Kenya. He is recently married and has a two-year-old child.
Stanley was recently involved in a road traffic accident, in which he sustained a fracture of his right arm. His arm was put in plaster to try to heal it, but unfortunately, this did not work.
He then sought treatment through our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, where surgery to repair the fracture was recommended. If Stanley’s arm is not operated on, the bone may delay healing, leaving him with pain and instability.
Stanley is scheduled to undergo fracture repair surgery on May 16, and is requesting $998 to fund to the total cost of his procedure.
“My family is young and they need my support. I hope to get well soon, so that I can work again,” says Stanley.
