Abraham is a 20-year-old student from Uganda. He is the fourth child in a family of seven children and is training to be a primary school teacher.
During his free time, he likes playing soccer and acting in the drama group. At home, Abraham helps his parents in the gardens to help increase the produce. Abraham is in his final year and hopes to teach Mathematics and English.
Abraham has been living with a painful hernia for the last four years. As the hernia has developed over time, the pain has worsened.
On June 2, Abraham will undergo hernia surgery. Our medical partner, The Kellermann Foundation, is requesting $229 to fund this procedure. The requested $229 pays for surgical materials, medication, and five nights of hospital stay.
Abraham says, “I thank the donors for such support to the needy. May God continue blessing the donors to be able to help many more! I have been sharing our banana juice with our neighbors, and I think this is a way God is blessing me to have an opportunity to have this surgery.”
