Navai is a 46-year-old construction worker from Kandal Province, Cambodia. He lives with his wife, who stays at home to care for their grandchildren and manage household tasks. They have two children, both of whom are married and live in a nearby village. In his free time, he enjoys fishing.
In March 2026, Navai was involved in a road traffic accident that left him with a left femur fracture and a right lower leg fracture. He experiences significant pain and is unable to walk or perform daily activities independently. He was initially treated at a government hospital for other injuries sustained in the accident, but no surgical treatment was provided for his leg fractures.
Fortunately, on May 7th, Navai will undergo fracture repair surgery with the help of our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre. He is raising $600 to fund the surgery, which will help him regain the ability to walk and return to his daily life.
Navai said, “After the surgery, I hope my pain will improve and that I will be able to walk again and take care of myself independently.”
