Meet Sonita, a 12-year-old girl who is in the fourth grade at school. She likes to do housework, read her school books, and sing in her free time.
As a result of a fire burn to her foot, two of her toes have fused together. This is a medical condition known as syndactyly. Sonita is in pain, and it is difficult for her to walk.

On May 10, surgeons at CSC will perform a syndactyly release procedure to separate her toes. With $384, we can help Sonita to walk more comfortably again!
