Nosim is a sweet, three-year-old girl from Tanzania. The last born of seven children, Nosim likes to stay close to her mother. Nosim has trouble walking because she has bowlegs, a condition that if left untreated is likely to cause early osteoarthritis in her knees.
Nosim’s mother has a small business buying and selling beans. With an absent husband, Nosim’s mother must support the whole family on her own. With such a large family, she can barely afford all her children’s school fees let alone the cost of the treatment Nosim needs.
Only $555 is needed to pay for Nosim’s operation and serial castings to correct her bowlegs. Let’s work together to help this young girl grow like her six brothers and sisters.
