Oscar hasn't had access to nutritional foods or quality medical care for most of his life. This one-year-old from Guatemala lives with his family in a rural indigenous community. As a result of scarce resources, Oscar is experiencing development delays and undernourishment at a time when his body desperately needs to grow. In the last twelve months, he hasn't grown at all. This radiant woman in pink is Kry. She’s a loving mother of six children living in Cambodia. Last month, Kry was on her way to her niece’s wedding when she fell from her motorbike and fractured her arm. She visited a village healer, but her arm continues to hurt. She is unable to use it because of the pain. Kry needs surgery to fully repair her arm.
