Reynaldo is a widower who has two children. He is currently working as a motorcycle taxi rider to support his family. In his free time, he loves playing basketball with his friends.
Since six months ago, Reynaldo has been experiencing persistent pain around his abdominal area. He went to a nearby hospital but they were not able to address his symptoms.
Fortunately, Reynaldo learned about our medical partner's care center, Our Lady of Peace Hospital, and there, he was diagnosed with calculous cholecystitis, where his gallbladder is blocked by gallstones. On June 14th, surgeons will perform an open cholecystectomy to remove his gallbladder and Reynaldo needs help to raise $1,128 for this procedure.
Reynaldo said, "I am hoping that my surgery will be successful so I can function better as both a father and a mother to my children. I want to live longer for them so thank you very much to everyone who will make this surgery possible for me. Thank you and God bless."
