Three-year-old Nathaniel is the only child of his family, living in the Philippines. A very active child, he loves to play and run around the house. He is dearly loved by his parents and even though they can't give much to Nathaniel, they really give an effort to provide for his basic needs. When his mother observed that his inguinal area was enlarged, she decided to bring Nathaniel for consultation and was advised to undergo hernia surgery.
