Samuel is five. His grandmother took him under her wing after he lost his twin sister at only a year old, an event which understandably completely destabilized his family. His grandmother has been trying to get him medical help for the past four years. She knows that the condition can lead to undetected testicular malignancy if left untreated, but she can't afford the orchidopexy (surgery to correct it) on her own.
