Panha is a 23-year-old young man from Cambodia. He lives in a village with his parents and two siblings. Prior to his injury, Panha worked as a security guard and played soccer with his friends in his free time.
In May 2022, Panha was in a motorbike accident that caused a fracture in his right femur. He has visited many clinics and traditional healers since the accident, but the fracture has not healed. It is difficult for him to walk and he is in chronic pain.
Fortunately, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, can help. On March 22nd, Panha will undergo a fracture repair procedure, which will help him walk easily again. Now, Panha and CSC need help raising $483 to help fund his surgery.
Panha said, “I hope I can walk again and go back to work to help my family.”
