Srey Nich is a toddler from Cambodia. She is the youngest of three children in her family.
When she was one year old, boiling water accidentally fell on her hand, burning her fingers. Burn scar contractures have developed, making it difficult for her to use her hand.
When Srey Nich learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, she traveled for four hours seeking treatment. On October 5, surgeons at CSC will perform a burn contracture release surgery to to improve function in her hand. Now, she needs help to fund this $448 procedure.
Her mother says, “I hope my daughter can use her hand normally.”
