For the past three years, Houn has had blurry vision due to a mature cataract in his left eye. “Cataract surgery will improve Houn’s eyesight and prevent blindness,” explains our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre. Eremon is 14-year-old boy from the northernmost region of Kenya. Eremon has a deformity in one leg, called a "knock knee," which makes his leg angle inward and causes pain and limited mobility.
