Nayebare is a small-scale farmer from Uganda. She is married with two children, a four-month-old and two-year-old. She practices small-scale farming and her husband is a motorcycle taxi operator. Nayebare has one sibling and her parents passed on when she was five-years-old and was raised by her grandparents.
Nayebare presented with swelling in the right armpit for two years. She started feeling pain in the last three months with the mass increasing in size.
Nayebare traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On September 3rd, surgeons will remove the mass. Now, Nayebare needs help to raise $187 to fund this procedure.
Nayebare says, “I will be very grateful to be relieved of this condition and after surgery, I will continue with farming.”
