Sambath is a 43-year-old farmer who is married with two sons and two daughters. He likes to listen to breaking news on the radio and relax at home in his free time.
Sambath was in a road traffic accident in May of 2013, causing a fracture of his left forearm. Surgeons performed a procedure to fix hardware to heal his fracture. His fracture has healed, and he now returns to have the hardware removed. Sambath experiences mild pain and discomfort with this hardware still in his forearm.
The $143 cost will allow for surgeons will remove the hardware so Sambath will feel comfortable again. His procedure is scheduled for May 24.

Sambath underwent fracture repair surgery.
Sambath’s treatment for his left arm went well. Following the procedure, he was given pain medication and he had one week of physiotherapy at CSC before being discharged. Sambath feels more comfortable and he does not experience any pain.
Sambath says, “I am happy that my arm is better and that I don’t have any pain. Thanks to the CSC staff for helping me.”
