Three-year-old Paul has bilateral genus varus, a condition that causes his legs to bow outward and makes walking difficult.
Paul lives in Tanzania, and is the youngest of six children. His parents are farmers who don’t earn enough to pay for the surgery that would fix Paul’s legs. Paul’s mother hopes to see her youngest child be able to attend school and play with other children one day - free from his condition.
