Neng is a 80-year-old farmer of palm sugar from Cambodia. He has one son, one daughter, and ten grandchildren. He likes to go outside to visit the pagoda, visit his relatives, and enjoys listening to monks pray on the radio.
Three months ago, Neng developed a cataract in his right eye, causing him Blurry vision and inability to walk. He has difficulty seeing things clearly, recognizing faces, and going anywhere outside.

On April 21st, doctors will perform a small incision cataract surgery and an intraocular lens implant in his right eye. After recovery, he will be able to see clearly. Now, he needs help to fund this $229 procedure.
“I hope that after surgery, I am able to see everything better so I can go to the pagoda and visit my relatives again,” Neng said.
