Kanuel is a farmer from Uganda. She is married and a mother of four children.
In 2016, Kanuel developed a swelling in her right wrist region. The mass is growing, and if not treated, it will cause pain and discomfort.
Kanuel traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On March 28, surgeons will remove the mass. Now, Kanuel needs help to raise $196 to fund this procedure.
She says, “After surgery I will continue with farming and I will go for a thanks mass in church.’’

Kanuel underwent a mass removal procedure.
Kanuel’s right wrist ganglion cyst excision was a success. She is no longer at risk of discomfort and pain. After recovery she will be able to do her domestic work.
She says, “I am now OK. I can now turn my wrist joint in every direction I want to turn it to. After recovery I will resume farming with my husband and be able to provide food for our family. I had no hopes of having surgery. Thank you for your kind heart God bless you.”
