Rottana is a construction worker from Cambodia. He is married and has one daughter. He enjoys fly fishing, playing football, and watching TV.
In November 2014, Rottana was in a motor vehicle accident that caused a fracture in his femur. He went to a clinic, where they fixated hardware to heal his fracture. Now, the hardware is causing him pain and needs to be removed.
Fortunately, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, can help. On March 9, Rottana will undergo a hardware removal procedure, which will cost $214. This procedure will help him easily walk again.
He says, “After surgery, I hope I can walk and move without pain. I hope to return to work soon to support my family.”
