One year ago, Oeurn developed a cataract in each eye, causing her blurred vision and sensitivity to light. Oeurn has trouble seeing things clearly and working on her own.
When Oeurn learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, she traveled for three hours to seek treatment. On March 22, doctors will perform a phacoemulsification cataract surgery and an intraocular lens implant in each eye. After recovery, Oeurn will be able to see clearly again. Now, she needs help to fund this $292 procedure.

Oeurn underwent cataract surgery.
Oeurn’s eye cataract was successfully removed from her left eye and clear vision has been restored. Following the operation, she was given eye drops to reduce inflammation.
Oeurn says, “I can see everything more clearly. I want to continue my work as a farmer and go anywhere outside without needing to bother others to take care of me.”
