Recently, Nanda Devi took her cattle out for grazing when she was pushed by a cow and fell to the ground. Her leg began swelling and she immediately felt pain, causing her to limp.
Now, Nanda Devi cannot walk properly, which interrupts all of her daily activities. Our medical partner, Possible, tells us, “Nanda Devi fears she may not be able to use her left leg properly in the future.”

Nanda Devi received a leg cast to help it heal after an accident while tending to her cattle.
“Nanda Devi will be able to walk and move around,” our medical partner writes. “She will be able to do simple activities on her own.”
