Sinani is a shopkeeper from Uganda. He is married and a father to four children, all of whom are still in school. He earns a living by operating a small-scale retail shop and his wife is a small-scale farmer. They all live in a single-roomed house.
Ten years ago, Sinani developed an inguinal hernia. This hernia causes him pain and discomfort. Fortunately on July 7th he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $230 to help fund Sinani’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably and confidently.
Sinani shared, “I hope to get better with surgery and continue with my business to provide for my family.”
