Ly is a farmer and mother of four from Cambodia. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Three months ago, Ly developed nasal polyps, noncancerous growths in the lining of the nasal passage. For this reason, she experiences difficulty breathing and a frequent runny nose. It’s difficult for her to breath and sleep.
When Ly learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, she traveled for six hours seeking treatment. On October 4, doctors will perform a nasal polypectomy to remove the polyps. After recovery, she will be able to breathe more easily. Now, she needs help to fund this $267 procedure.
She says, “I hope I can improve my health.”
