Meas is a man from Cambodia. He is 33 years old and has one daughter. He enjoys taking care of her as well as helping out around the house and watching television in his free time.
One year ago, Meas developed an abscess on his back. He visited a local clinic near his house, where they drained the abscess. Since then, Meas has experienced weakness in both of his legs and his left leg has shortened by three centimeters. He is unable to walk properly and experiences limping and arthritis.
Meas will undergo surgery to realign the joints in his left hip, which will allow him to walk comfortably and move without difficulty. He looks forward to returning to work and exercising in his free time.
He says, “I hope that after my surgery, I am able to continue with my work, and walk without any pain or difficulty.”
