14-year-old Ole has difficulty walking due to a condition commonly referred to as knock knees. Since he was born, his knees have angled inwards, hitting each other even when his legs are straightened.
Ole is the fourth-born in a family of eight children. He left school to help his father look after their cattle, but it’s hard for him to perform his work well because of his mobility-limiting condition. Our medical partners are worried that if Ole doesn’t receive treatment soon, he will also be at risk of early osteoarthritis.
Ole’s dream is to one day work for a telecommunication company. For $500, we can fund his surgery so he can walk properly and continue striving for his dreams!
