Barireta is a small-scale farmer from Uganda. She is married with six children. She and her husband grow crops including cassava, ground nuts, and millet.
Ten years ago, Barireta developed a mass on her scalp that is increasing in size. This mass causes her discomfort.
Barireta traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On July 26, surgeons will remove the mass. Now, Barireta needs help to raise $187 to fund this procedure.
Barireta says, “I will be glad to find myself having been relieved of this condition and continue with cultivation to cater for my family.”

Barireta underwent a mass removal procedure.
Surgery was successful, and she is no longer in pain.
Barireta says, “Thank you Watsi for your support because I was not able to pay for this surgery as I never had money. May God bless your efforts I hope to continue with cultivation for the survival of my family.”
