Kagumaho is a businessman from Uganda. He is married with eight children.
Two years ago, Kagumaho began to experience troubling symptoms, including shortness of breath and difficulty swallowing. He was diagnosed with a goiter. He needs surgery to prevent his symptoms from getting worse.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is helping Kagumaho receive treatment. He is scheduled to undergo a thyroidectomy on March 5 at our medical partner’s care center. Surgeons will remove all or part of his thyroid gland. This procedure will cost $240, and he and his family need help raising money.
Kagumaho says, “I will continue operating my shop after surgery to support my family.”
