Chhay is a 64-year-old vendor from Cambodia. He is married with five sons, two daughters, and three grandchildren. In his free time, Chhay likes to watch Khmer and Thai movies, the news, and concert programs on TV.
About six months ago, Chhay developed a cataract in his left eye causing him blurred vision, irritation, and an extreme sensitivity to light. It is difficult for him to see things clearly, recognize faces, work, and go anywhere on his own.

After his recovery, Chhay will be able to see clearly again.
