Three months ago, Rotha fell out of a tree in his rural hometown and dislocated his elbow. Because of his condition, Rotha experiences constant pain and limited mobility. Rotha is also deaf and mute, and he needs to be healthy before he can attend a special school.
The doctors who evaluated Rotha say that due to late presentation and the severity of the dislocation, he needs an operation to put his bones back in place using pins and casting. They say that Rotha will “continue to get worse every day if he goes untreated.”
Rotha’s mother wants him to get medical care so that she can enroll him in a newly opened sign language school. Let’s help him get the treatment he needs to start going to school and living a normal life.
