Kengaju is a 53-year-old woman from Uganda and a single a mother of two girls. They are both in college and are learning primary teaching. Kengaju is a business woman who sells secondhand clothes for women.
In 2016, Kengaju developed a non-painful swelling on her hip. The swelling kept increasing in size.
