Kyosiimire received a successful caesarean section due to two previous scars and delivered a baby girl with the weight of 2.6kgs. The baby and the mother are quite fine and she will take care of her and the family as well as she recovers.

Kyosiimire says,“Thanks for the support that I was given and I can’t imagine what I was going to do because the other time I was done surgery I was almost remaining in the hospital but God created away and you paid. Thanks SAFE for this act of mercy.”

Kyosiimire is a gravid three mother with a history of two previous scars one due to eclampsia. She reports having attended antenatal and got a full package and was advised by the doctor to deliver by caesarean in order to prevent rupture of the uterus.

Kyosiimire was only brought up by her mother together with six siblings, she dropped from school in primary five since her mother had many children and couldn’t afford to pay for the school fees. She got married as a second wife and had three children.

Kyomugisha is a 26 years old mother to three children, two delivered normally in 2013 and 2014 respectively but the third born by caesarean section due to eclampsia . The doctors recommend that her next baby be delivered by caesarean section due to two previous scars in order to have a safer delivery.
