Resty is a mother of two (5 and 7 years old) and expecting a new baby soon. She runs her family’s retail shop although it is still small in size. During her free time, Resty enjoys volunteering in church. Her husband is a driver in their village. They own a two-roomed house for shelter. After having a number of miscarriages, together with her husband, they are very much hopeful that they will be blessed with a healthy child.
Resty’s doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section so they can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is helping Resty undergo a C-Section on December 11th. This procedure will cost $214, and Resty needs your support.
Resty says, “I hope for a successful surgery with a good result. I have longed for a while to have another child and I finally feel everything will be okay. I plan to continue with my business after a complete recovery.”
