Mumbere is a young student from Uganda. He is in nursery school and wants to become a policeman in the future.
Since birth, Mumbere has had a hydrocele, which is a swelling in a sensitive area. Fortunately, on May 16, he will undergo hydrocele repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $185 to fund Mumbere’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
Mumbere’s mother says, “I have given my son many local herbs because I did not have money to bring him to hospital.”
