Mwangangi is a primary level student from Kenya. He has five siblings. Mwangangi’s parents are subsistence farmers without an external source of income.
Mwangangi was born with hypospadias, a congenital abnormality that causes urinary dysfunction. Without treatment, he will continue to experience uncomfortable symptoms and will be at risk of infertility.
