Zoeurdy is a young man from Cambodia. He likes computers. He used to be an IT student in university, but he had to stop his studies two years ago due to his condition.
He has ankylosing spondylitis, a progressive disease affecting the spine and joints. His jaw is stiff, making it difficult to eat and talk.
When Zoeurdy learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, he traveled for four hours seeking treatment. On December 7, surgeons at CSC will perform a joint arthrodesis procedure to fuse his jaw bones. This will repair the jaw joint and help him eat well again. Now, Zoeurdy needs help to fund this $480 procedure.
His brother says, “I hope my brother can improve his health.”
