Samnang is a tuk-tuk driver and father of two from Cambodia. He likes watching boxing and relaxing at the coffee shop near his home.
In August 2017, he accidentally cut his finger with a knife. His bone is exposed and the wound is now infected. He is having difficulty using his hand to drive for his work.
When Samnang learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, he traveled for three hours seeking treatment. On October 9, surgeons at CSC will perform a debridement procedure to Surgery will remove the damaged and infected tissue from the wound, ensuring the infection does not get worse. Now, Samnang needs help to fund this $262 procedure.
His wife says, “I hope my husband can heal his finger.”
