Channa is a 26-year-old woman with one son. She enjoys cooking for her family.
Two years ago, Channa developed a cyst on her left wrist. Over time, the cyst gradually increased in size. Five months ago, it began to cause her pain. It became difficult for Channa to use her wrist and carry objects.
Channa learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), from a neighbor. She traveled for two hours with her husband to reach CSC for treatment. On December 20, surgeons removed the cyst from Channa’s wrist. After recovery, she should be able to use her hand easily again. Now, she needs help to pay for this $224 procedure.
