Nayebare is a student from Uganda. He is a in high school and has four siblings. His father is a businessman who operates a retail shop, and his mother practices small-scale farming.
For two years, Nayebare has had a right reducible inguinal hernia. The hernia is causing him pain and thus limiting his movement and affecting his school attendance. Fortunately, on March 13, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $219 to fund Nayebare’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
Nayebare’s father says, “I hope my son will get better after surgery and I continue with my work of my business of operating a retail shop.”
