Byaruhanga is a baby from Kenya. He has a twin brother, and the twins are the only children to their parents. Byaruhanga’s father is in the army and has yet to meet his sons because he is currently on duty. His mother operates a retail shop in their village.
Since birth, Byaruhanga has had an inguinal hernia. Fortunately, on March 14, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $249 to fund Byaruhanga’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
His grandmother says, “My grandson will no longer cry at night after surgery because what has been disturbing him will have been removed.’’
