Safari is a small-scale farmer from Uganda. He is married with six children.
For two months, Safari has had a right inguinal scrotal hernia and a bilateral hydrocele. This condition causes him pain and discomfort, and this is making it difficult for him to work. Fortunately, on December 18, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $219 to fund Safari’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably and confidently.
Safari says, “I will be glad to have this condition treated and I continue with farming to continue supporting my family.”
