Sea is a 56-year-old farmer from Cambodia. She is lives with her husband and five children, whom she loves dearly.
Around two years ago, Sea began developing a mass on her right iliac crest, which is the curved border of the ilium, the largest of the three bones that merge to form the hip bone. Over time, the mass has increased in size and become extremely painful. If left untreated, the mass will continue to grow and cause Sea severe discomfort.
On August 7, surgeons will remove the mass. Our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, is requesting $220 to fund the operation.
Sea is grateful to Watsi for helping her receive the treatment she needs to be healthy and comfortable again.
