Sokhom is a 55-year-old soldier from Cambodia who is married with two sons and two daughters. In his free time, he likes to go to the farm, watch TV, and look after his children.
When he was 17, Sokhom developed an ear infection in his right ear, which perforated his eardrum. He experiences recurrent ear discharge, hearing loss, and tinnitus. Sokhom worries that his ear problems will become increasingly serious if he does not receive medical care.

CSC requests $423 to cover Sokhom’s treatment.
