Bwegendaho is a farmer from Uganda. He loves eating bananas and millet and is most happy when he is spending time with his family. Bwegendaho is married and a father of ten children. He farms beans and maize to sell and spends most of his earnings on the education of his children.
For four years, Bwegendaho has had a left inguinal hernia. The hernia causes him pain, and he is unable eat comfortably. Fortunately, on December 20, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $249 to fund Bwegendaho’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
He says, “I am a needy person and I need help to undergo surgery. I have a hernia.”
