Hann is a 71-year-old grandmother from Cambodia. She is married and has five children and 12 grandchildren. Hann enjoys going to her local pagoda to listen to monks pray. She also likes to listen to the radio.
About two years ago, Hann developed a cataract in her left eye, causing her blurred vision and sensitivity to light. Through a neighbor, she heard about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), and decided to seek treatment.
On April 6, Hann will undergo cataract surgery at Kien Khleang National Rehabilitation Centre, CSC’s care center. She will receive an intraocular implant in her eye. CSC is asking for $153 to cover the cost of Hann’s surgery.
After treatment, Hann will be able to see clearly again!
