Rwebyambo is a 44-year-old husband and father of seven. He works as a night guard to provide for his family.
Over the past year, Rwebyambo has experienced pain due to a hernia in his lower left abdomen. Because of this, Rwebyambo has not been able to work as much, and his mobility has significantly decreased.
Rwebyambo sought treatment through our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation. He is now scheduled to undergo hernia repair surgery on July 6, and is requesting $219 to cover the total cost of his procedure and care. After his recovery, Rwebyambo will be able to resume his daily activities free of pain.
Rwebyambo says, “After surgery, I hope to continue doing night security and have peace of mind.”
