Kaija is a farmer from Uganda. He is 85 years old and the father of four children. He owns a banana plantation.
Kaija has been diagnosed with a right inguinal hernia. He is currently experiencing pain and has difficulty working. Fortunately, on April 18, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.

Kaija says, “After surgery I will resume working in my banana plantation. It’s the one that feeds my family.’’
